3. Do Alkaline test for the painting wall if possible, wash the wall with 5-10% oxalic acid for high Alkalinity wall, make the pH<10.
4. The wall surface should be clean, dry, oil-free, no shelling and peeling, less than 10% moisture content, the ambient temperature of the site should above 8 ° C, the relative humidity is below 85%.

Proper latex paint formulation impact the weatherability of color paste

1. Many ingredients, eg. ingredient types and the ratio of Latex paint ; the type and amount of latex; the type and content of titanium dioxide and other additives together with many other factors will affect the weatherability and lightfastness of the latex paint .
