Kaibao pigment printing color paste is high-dispersion solid pigments in suspension state, and adopt high quality organic pigments through advanced producing process. It features in good fineness, brightness, full color range with great fastness and chemical stability.
It is suitable for pad dyeing, dip dyeing as well as rotary screen printing, flat screen printing and roller printing in short process, low energy consumption and less pollution, which were wildly used in printing and dyeing, knitting, and handkerchief industrial fields.Kaibao pigment printing color paste can printing and dyeing on cotton cloth, polyester-cotton cloth, man-made cotton and various kinds of chemical fiber, blended and interwoven fabric. It can also be used in special printings such as three-dimensional foam printing, mortar printing, fluorescent printing, electrostatic flocking printing, in addition to interior wall coating, cement, soap, synthetic detergent, cosmetics, paper etc.
2. Application methods
Kaibao Brand pigment printing color paste is used together with common adhesives. The below is a typical example of pigment preparation for printing.
Printing:white→cloth→printing→drying→Baking160°C 2min late for other treatment.

urea (1:1) 30---50g
adhesive 200---400g
crosslinking agent 0---30g
Total 1Kg
Note: User shall adjust the volume according to the real process, color and features of adhesive and fabric if required. Stir carefully, add water if too viscous, otherwise add thickener. Choose optimum after-treatment method according to adhesive fix temperature and color solidity requirement by ambient drying, baking or ironing, and so on.
3. Storage
Kaibao Brand pigment printing color paste shall be and kept in a cool, dry and ventilated place. Cover tightly after use to avoid particles gathered and film surface through prolonged contact with air. Optimum temperature is between 0 and 40. If any paint particles in precipitation after long-term storage, it will not effect the quality by stiring carefully. |
